To unlock daily quests you'll have tocomplete the following steps:

 

1) Complete 3 Expeditions or restore the Car.

2) After that you will receive quest for the telephone booth on your own Farm.

3) Find the telephone booth and complete the quest.

 

Done! You have the access to the Daily Quests!
