As soon as you restore the train, you will be able to send or receive resources.
To do this, you'll be asked to join a group in Telegram, where you can sell the resources which you have a lot of or buy the ones you're missing. You agree on the quantity and price, the buyer sends you his ID, you put it in the field for sending, choose the price and the resource and that's it.
Within 24 hours the player can accept it. If he doesn't, it is automatically returned to you :)
